The Chair Game is a paradox – both simple and complicated.
It’s not musical chairs but it’s close.
It’s a great way to see how people work together.
It also provides a revealing insight to see how people and process interact.
We’ve played this game at the V&A
and until the early hours on a lawn at La Serna in Spain.
It’s great fun and it’s full of practical lessons.
