I’m pleased to be working with The Global Sourcing Organisation. In 2016 I’ve run a series of negotiation workshops for their clients – including insurance company Aviva.
In 2017 we want to do more of this but I’m also working with the GSA on how we can work with suppliers and customers – to help make the long-term relationships, that are so valuable to them in major contracts, better.
